Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items will ship within 2-5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Custom requests/orders - Processing time will be agreed by purchaser before item(s) is/are purchased.
Items are currently shipped via USPS.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen/undeliverable packages. For issues with shipping fulfillment please contact your local post office.
We recommend adding insurance to your package as items such as soap are not replaceable in some cases.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
